The Riohachero doctor, specialist in Internal Medicine and Diabetology, Manuel Jose Palmezano Pintowho participated as a speaker at the XXVII National Congress of Internal Medicine -ACMI- and was re-elected as president of the internal medicine association Guajira – Magdalena chapter.
The medical professional said that one of the activities he enjoys the most, in addition to helping his patients, is sharing his knowledge with colleagues and students.
He points out that this conference, in which he had the privilege of participating, was a great opportunity to analyze internal medicine from different angles, but especially how it has been working in the department of La Guajira, with very specific cases of patients who have managed to overcome their health difficulties and have a healthier life.
On the other hand, within the framework of this Congress, a general assembly was held where Palmezano Pinto was re-elected for the period 2022-2024 as president of the Guajira-Magdalena chapter.
