Asuncion, IP Agency.- The Fourth Health Region delivered dental equipment to those in charge of Family Health Units and Health Centers in Guairá. With this, several communities will benefit from better oral health care.
The equipment delivered was a micromotor with contra-angle for the Paso Yobái Health Center, a turbine and micromotor for the Itapé Health Center and a turbine for the USF Ñumi, the Ministry of Health reported.
In addition, a turbine and an X-ray machine for the USF 3 de Noviembre, an X-ray machine for the Borja Health Post, a turbine for the USF Rincón and a compressor and X-ray machine for the USF María Auxiliadora.
Also an X-ray machine, a turbine for the Fassardi Health Center, a turbine and a micromotor for the USF Loma Pindó, a turbine and a micromotor for the Dr. Botrell Health Center, and an X-ray machine for the Iturbe Health Center.
The equipment was delivered by Dr. Claudia Benítez, Head of Oral Health, Head of Regional Health Programs and Head of Regional Heritage.
The population of the municipalities of Paso Yobái, Itapé, Ñumi, Borja, Iturbe and Fassardi will benefit from better oral health conditions and will have access to timely control and treatment of oral conditions.
