GTA 6 is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated games of the generation. While we still know almost nothing regarding the title, Rockstar recently posted an image that set the web ablaze.
An unequivocal image (or almost)
It is as part of a message aimed at presenting the festivities planned during the “Moon Festival” event, that Rockstar posted this rather astonishing image. It shows two characters wearing Happy Moon t-shirts, posing in front of the Vinewood sign.
However, the photo is precisely framed so that the letters V and I on the panel are clearly visible and form a 6 (VI in Roman numerals).
Obviously, it didn’t take much for the web to catch fire, and we must admit that we find it hard to believe that Rockstar chose this angle by chance.
Many Internet users also point out wacky details such as the image of the t-shirt or the fact that a man and a woman are present. According to some, they might represent Jason and Lucia, the two presumed protagonists of GTA 6, but we will let you believe or not these different theories.
Towards an announcement in October?

In any case, the presence of the VI clearly visible in the image strongly resembles teasing on the part of the star firm and might thus suggest that an announcement of the game is imminent.
As a reminder, Take-Two expects a “record” year for its next financial year, which strongly suggests that the game would be available between April 2024 and March 2025.
If this is the case, then a reveal at the end of the year would not be surprising, and would also fit with the habits of the studio which likes to communicate at this time; The first trailer for Red Dead Redemption 2 was released on October 20, 2016, while that of GTA 5 was released on November 2, 2011.
