The Guanabara group, aone of the main road transport companies of passengers in Brazil, there are vacancies open for various functions. The opportunities (more than 70 vacancies) aim to meet a growing number of demands in the more than 80 cities where the company operates.
The process of searching for new talent takes place in several regions such as Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Goiânia, São Paulo, Curitiba and other urban centers with the aim of strengthening teams. All Guanabara employees, who currently have approximately 2,000 direct jobs, undergo regular training and qualification programs.
Executive Letícia Pineschi, Marketing Director of the Guanabara group, highlights the importance of continuous preparation among the company’s staff. “At the same time as we seek external talent, we value the evolution of those who are already part of our history. Available vacancies and requirements – Open positions cover a variety of roles, ranging from technical professionals to drivers, with opportunities in the following areas:
– Warehouse: responsible for stock control, organization of materials and parts used in fleet maintenance. Knowledge of inventory control systems is an important differentiator.
– Bodyworker: professional specialized in bodywork repairs and painting of large vehicles. Experience in the role is desirable.
– Tire repairer: for professionals with experience in maintaining heavy vehicle tires. Knowledge of safety when handling equipment is essential.
– Vehicle electrician: professionals with expertise in electrical systems for heavy vehicles, especially in the road passenger transport segment.
– Fibreiro: professional for fiberglass repairs, responsible for correcting damage to vehicle bodies.
– Washer and valet: to keep the fleet clean and organized, in addition to maneuvering large vehicles with skill and safety.
– Diesel mechanic: professionals specialized in diesel mechanics, with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy vehicles.
– Drivers: vacancies in various locations, including cities such as São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Florianópolis, Campinas, Santos, among others. The selected drivers will work on intercity and interstate routes, transporting passengers safely and comfortably. The requirements are to have a category D or E driver’s license, proven experience in public transport and an updated public transport course.
