Grupo Gaman acquired Cemla (company specializing in occupational medicine)

Grupo Gaman, holding company of companies in the insurance, risk prevention and occupational health sector, acquired 30% of the share package of the Center for Psychophysical Evaluations (Cemla), occupational medicine company Likewise, he acquired the “golden share” of the firm.

The new acquisition of Fun group is part of its policy of growth and investment in national markets, as well as aims to strengthen the model of Comprehensive Advisors Risks. In this line, the purchases of EHS Prevention of risks y ARD Health services.

Cemla provides services to more than 2,200 companies and institutions, has two fully equipped medical centers and mobile health units for periodic examinations in the plant.

Its main services offered:

Regarding the operation, the general manager of Cemla, Gustavo Finkelsztein, commented: “The main objective is to join the strategic project of Fun group to be pioneers in Comprehensive Risk Assessment, with multidisciplinary teams at the service of clients.
