Citizens of Potton are insulted by the immobility of the Quebec Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MAMH), following the latter indicated that it was considering the tax increase announced by their municipality. The signatories of a new petition maintain that the government must make a more thorough investigation into the practices of elected officials, mainly the garnering deemed exaggerated of surpluses to “circumvent democracy”.
