Emiliano, how were the beginnings of the company?

It all started in 2011, following the decision to leave my position at the company where I was working at the time. I always had entrepreneurial DNA and on the advice of a consultant friend, I decided at that moment to set up my accounting studio.

Driven by my love for entrepreneurship and SMEs and seeing the need in the market to generate extra value to the activity of companies. Something that traditional accounting studies did not do, I decided to bet on a consultancy with an additional and different value proposition, and not dedicate myself only to tax and accounting. These are the foundations of Growtion.

This is where my decision to be a truly involved consultant and advisor arises, looking for alternatives for improvements, innovation that will boost the profitability of the company, make it grow and improve the HR situation of the same.

We were born as a local brand that grew in our city. Our challenge, and what we are working on, is to continue betting on growth in order, in this way, to become a global brand.

Although, I am a faithful believer that everything happens for a reason and that the decisions I made, good, bad and not so good, are the ones that brought me here and the ones that made Growtion what it is today.

Yes, it would encourage me to face this project much sooner, since today I can affirm that I am passionate regarding what I do.
