The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has made its decision. Morocco withdrew from the competition, reducing the teams in group C to three teams, namely Ghana, Madagascar and Sudan. All teams will earn three points for the scheduled game against Morocco. The last meeting between Madagascar and Sudan scheduled for January 23 in Oran will finally be played in Constantine.
