“Grey’s Anatomy” actress sends emotional message after death of her 7-month-old baby

Johanna Curé is devastated, but in accordance with “God’s designs.” The famous Colombian actress recognized for her participation in the series “Grey’s Anatomy” confirmed the death of her baby at seven months old.

The 45-year-old actress had been trying to get pregnant for four years, during which time she experienced three miscarriages.

“Seven months ago we received the most beautiful surprise in the world, Gaël came into our lives giving us love and the desire to be the perfect parents for him,” the Colombian began in an Instagram post.

She added: “In her 7 months she lived and enjoyed not only our love, but also our closest families and friends. She traveled, enjoyed music, ate delicious food and gave us the opportunity to bring the family together.”

The actress, who plays Natalia Asaki in the series “Grey’s Anatomy,” wrote her public message along with a series of photographs, some of them with her partner, Scott Rosenthal, while showing the first ultrasound of their son.

“Much to our regret, only his little soul survived, which was too short for us, but for him and God’s plans, it was enough to give us the best gift, which was to be his parents,” she said.

Her emotional message ended with her best wishes: “Fly high, my love, and always take care of us with your beautiful light that I know is still lit in the sky forever. We love you, wait for me, when the time comes I will meet you to hug you. In the meantime, keep shining, my beautiful Gaël.”
