SG: It was an uphill battle, to be honest. Many people in the industry weren’t yet ready to embrace sustainability due to perceived cost barriers or lack of understanding. But we were persistent, and we focused on the clear benefits – cost savings, energy efficiency, and improved building performance.

Archyde: The conversation around sustainability has certainly evolved as then. How has Green Builder Media adapted to meet these changes?

SG: We’ve grown and expanded our offerings to keep up with the evolving landscape. Today, we’re more then just a magazine – we provide content marketing, market research, educational programs, and even a platform for carbon offsetting.Our VISION House projects have also been instrumental in showcasing the potential of sustainable building.
