Then, still on this side of the ink, the knife is tilted at an angle of 30 degrees, cut the blade in at the corner of the ink pad, forming a slightly deep cut but not breaking the ink. Then cut the same lines as above parallel to the original line, each of which is 1 to 1.25cm apart. Repeat until the end. (Note: If you don’t like diagonal cutting, you can completely cut lines perpendicular to the original lines.)

Do the same with the other half of the squid. The part of the squid beard you cut off the eyes, wash it. If the beard is long, it can be cut to taste.
