Great news for Pakistanis and other foreigners living in Saudi Arabia

The good news for the private sector employees came out from the Saudi government, the minimum salary of the employees was increased significantly, which raised the faces of local and foreign nationals.

According to the report of the international news organization, the minimum salary of private sector employees of Saudi Arabia was 3 thousand 200 riyals (about 2 lakh 63 thousand rupees), which has been increased to 4 thousand riyals (about 3 lakh 28 thousand rupees).

This increase has been made by the Human Resources Development Fund, which has come into effect from 5 September 2023. The salaries received by the employees will now be increased.

Fund officials have said in a statement issued in this regard that the purpose of increasing the basic salary is to encourage Saudi citizens to work in the private sector.

On the other hand, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued a special instruction for Umrah pilgrims and said that after Umrah license holders should shave their hair from barbers.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has said in a statement issued on Twitter (X) that Umrah pilgrims should arrange hair trimming or shaving at designated barber shops only. In this regard, cooperate in the implementation of the law made by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

According to the ministry, the Saudi government has established barber shops in accordance with hygiene regulations. Visitors should prefer to get their hair cut from these shops.
