Great football weekend: FC Natters will punish anyone who leaves too early

Natters celebrated their first full success, as did Oberperfuss, Kematen fought the Union down and Völs stormed to the top of the Tyrolean league!

In the HYPO Tirol Liga, our teams celebrated real football festivals in this round. In Natters, an old adage was once once more brought to life: if you leave your chair in the Chairman Arena too early, you will miss a Grande Finale of FC Koch Türe Natters.
In the duel with SVG Mayrhofen, the first points of the season were planned. Neo-trainer Thomas Löffler had to do without the injured Fabian Koch once more, but some top performers finally returned. Everything seemed to be going according to plan when Emanuel Baumüller scored the opening goal midway through the first half. The equalizer came in the first half – and in the second half the guests took the lead and were well on their way to taking all three points to the Zillertal.

Furious ending

When the skins threatened to swim away, Mayrhofen goalkeeper Andreas Tokic intervened: His impetuous attack on Alexander Plattner in the 89th minute was punished with a penalty, which Andreas Fritz confidently converted. In the 94th minute it was Plattner himself who let the guests’ defense stand and scored the acclaimed winning goal.

Goals and points found

“The search for goals and points” – that was the question to FC Beton Weber Oberperfuss following the second defeat. The answer was impressive: The Oberperfer just ended the low stakes once morest table leaders Prutz/Serfaus and celebrated their first success in the new league with a sovereign 5:2 away win. The next hit is already waiting for Friday: Natters has to go to Oberperfuss – and it will be interesting to see who can continue the high spirits.

Volser unleashed

You have to scroll back a long, very long, very, very long time to see Völser SV at the top of the Tyrolean league. Now it is time. Two wins and a draw lifted the Völser to the place in the sun. On Friday the team showed itself from the best side once more, and if Torgarant Marco Hesina has cleaned his shooting boots clean, there is nothing to win for SC Mils either. Three Hesina goals, 3-1 win and league lead – great!
SV Bäcker Ruetz Kematen had had enough of draws. After two draws, it was time for a three-pointer, which was hard-fought once morest the Union in the 3-2 win, but more than deserved!

Top und Flop

In the area league west, everything was back to normal for SV Raiba Götzens following the away defeat in Seefeld: Four goals in the first half with three Weichselbraun direct hits and ultimately a 5-1 win once morest Inzing put the Götzners in fourth place back in wait.
The problems of SPG Axams/Grinzens, on the other hand, continue: In the third game in a row there was no goal celebration, no point, but a five-pack in Oberhofen. The penultimate place in the table in Hart – and the conversion of the team is probably more difficult than expected.
The desire to play football might finally be felt once more in Sellrain, who had forgotten two defeats in the district league with a great 6:1 win once morest Roppen/Karres.
