The people of Graz give the offer and service of Graz Linien a good two. This is the result of a current analysis of customer satisfaction, which was carried out among 700 respondents in the current year. The best grade was given for safety. Passengers under the age of 30 were the most critical.
GRAZ. For years, analyzes of passenger satisfaction have been an important tool for Graz Linien Opinion of customers on different services or to determine any improvements with the help of opinion pollsters and to incorporate the results into corporate planning. 2022 has a external service provider around 700 Grazers to the Graz lines questioned. The results of this current analysis show that the company has set the right course in many areas.
“The entire offer of the Graz Linien is rated by the people of Graz according to the school grading system with 2.3, which represents an improvement over the previous year (2021: 2.4).”
Holding Graz board member Mark Perz welcomes the feedback
This trend encourages the company to continue “being there for customers 365 days a year,” says Perz, who also directs his thanks to the entire team. That also closes Holding Graz CEO Wolfgang Malik to: “I would like to thank everyone involved, who ensure that Graz remains mobile every day.” The results of the analysis would prove “that Graz Linien continues to enjoy a high reputation precisely because of the high level of professionalism of the employees in all their everyday challenges.”
Security and friendliness score
Timetables, vehicles as well as the handling by the staff according to the analysis, have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction. It is all the more gratifying that the increased popularity extends across all areas. The respondents with a grade of 2.3 have the Item “Timetable” (Driving time, punctuality, frequency, etc.) (2021: 2.5), the factor “Information Provision” with 2.2 (2021: 2.3) and the area “ticket purchase” (Simplicity, range, etc.) rated 2.2 (2021: 2.3). Also the “satisfaction with the vehicles” with 2.1 (2021: 2.2), the “Security” at bus stops or in the vehicle with 2.0 (2018: 2.1) were rated top. Also at the “Friendliness of drivers” the grade might be improved to 2.1 (2021: 2.2).
Young passengers are more critical
Striking: Satisfaction with Graz Linien has remained stable year-on-year and is particularly good with regular customers at a high level: Accordingly, 69 percent are (very) satisfied with the Graz Linien. Persons under 30 years of age are most critical, although here, too, six out of ten Grazers give (very) satisfactory verdicts. The most common reasons for dissatisfaction are unpunctuality/delays, expensive ticket prices and overcrowding on public transport.
