The new Granblue Fantasy Relink The trailer shows the Skyfarer crew of the likes of Gran, Lyria, Vyrne, Katalina, Rackam, Eugen, Io, and Rosetta landing in Zegagrande Skydom, the setting for relink and a new area created for the game. There they will find new threats, particularly from the Church of Avia, which claims to be headed for “Utopia”. That might be another name for the Isla de las Estrellas, Estalucia, the ultimate goal of the crew’s journey.

The trailer introduces a new character in the form of Id, a mighty swordsman and one of Zegagrande’s strongest warriors. It also showed Gran’s game and his allies. Playable characters previously confirmed as the members of the Dragon Knights (Lancelot, Vane, Percival, and Siegfried) were shown once once more. However, Lumiel Knight Charlotta’s game, Harvin Yodarha’s fisherman, and swordmaster Draph Narmaya were also shown. All playable characters will have styles inspired by their granblue fantasy skills and move sets.

Players who prefer to focus on the Granblue Fantasy Relink story will also be able to use two “Assist” modes. Standard Assist will automate blocking and evading, while simplifying combo tackles. Full Assist will automate combat almost completely, with the player only needing to manage movement.
