— We understand that we need solutions for the development of housing and communal services. Now we are considering a number of directions in which we plan to move. At the beginning of next year, we will consider the concept of city development, and there we will talk regarding the modernization of housing and communal services.

— There was no sewer, there was just a tunnel made of clay… and when the sewer moved, everything there was simply crushed. We were lucky that we found those people who knew where and under what circumstances these pipes were laid. Later, another such accident occurred in the Voroshilovsky district, the same thing happened there. Within a few days, all forces were thrown there and we found these nets. We need to understand and understand the scope of these problems in Volgograd,” Andrey Bocharov is sure. – We did not even imagine that such technical solutions were previously popular in the housing and communal services system.
