LH is implementing a purchased rental housing system that purchases existing houses and rents them out to homeless young people and newlyweds at a lower price than the market price.

LH planned to spend 5.5 trillion won this year to purchase 26,000 households and use them as rental housing.
It is a size that can buy most of the houses damaged by charter fraud.
Initially, the government and the ruling party were negative about public purchases of damaged houses.

″All primary profits go to creditors. It does not go towards compensating victims for damages, so we do not review that direction.″
However, it drew a line against the proposal that bond purchasing institutions such as KAMCO give the rental deposit to the victim instead and take over the bond.

Victims also expressed doubts about the effect, saying that they had not yet been informed of specific measures.
