Thiruvananthapuram: The Kerala government will cooperate with the academy named following Indian football legend Baichung Bhutia for the development of football in the state, Sports Minister V. Abdurrahman. The minister’s response was through a note written on Facebook following the official meeting with Baichung Bhutia.
