SANTO DOMINGO.- President Luis Abinader announced this Monday the availability of 3,000 million pesos that the Government will lend to the construction and agriculture sectors to help them with a mechanization plan with the aim of reducing dependence on labor. foreigner.

“We already have the 3,000 million pesos in the institution,” said the general manager of Bandex, Juan Mustafá Michel, who indicated that the interest rate on the loans will be around 9.5%, with a grace period of up to six months.
He said that the process can be done through the Agribusiness Board and other related organizations.
In another order, he reported that the entity went from 100 million to almost 7,000 million in loans and from 7,000 in assets to almost 20,000 million.
