A number of draft laws on “economic reservation” have been registered.
Substantive provisions:
- Enterprises pay a monthly fee for each conscripted employee.
- No arrears in salary and taxes.
- Payment of fee 20,400 hryvnias. per employee.
- Confirmation of activity during the previous annual report.
- The activity of the FOP should be started by 2024.
- Income must be more than UAH 61,200.
If the FOP meets the last two requirements, it can book both the FOP itself and its employees.
Thus, in the provisions of the draft law, it is stated that business entities wishing to reserve employees must pay the corresponding fee to the state budget for each conscripted employee.
