Government details new plan to strengthen health system

When presenting the plan that will be carried out in the states that voluntarily decide to join the IMSS Welfare system, the president pointed out that the resources will be used to rehabilitate hospital facilities of the states such as health centers, purchase of medicines, equipment as well as the payment of salaries to medical personnel, specialists and nurses.

López Obrador recalled that this system will make it possible for millions of Mexicans without social security to access health services and medicines for free every day of the year at any time.
