Government approves works at CGD to receive ministries. Empty properties valued at 600 million

The government estimates that the concentration of ministries in the headquarters of Caixa Geral Depósitos will represent savings of 800 thousand euros a year in rents and five million in expenses such as water, electricity and security. State buildings that will remain empty may be reconverted for housing.
