The Governing Council approved, on Wednesday, proposals for appointment to higher functions, in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution.
At the level of the Ministry of Equipment and Water, MM. Youssef Ben Hamou and Mohamed Dkhissi, were respectively appointed Director of the Drâa-Oued Noun Hydraulic Basin Agency and Director of observation systems within the General Directorate of Meteorology, indicated the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, government spokesperson, Mustapha Baitas, during a press briefing following the Council.

At the Ministry of National Education, Preschool and Sports, Department of National Education, Mr. Hamdi Kriti was appointed Director of the Regional Academy of Education and Training (AREF) of Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, while Mr. Abdelmajid El Sahl was appointed Director of the AREF of Guelmim-Oued Noun.
At the level of the Ministry of Youth, Culture and Communication, Youth Department, Ms. Kaoutar Mansouri was appointed Director of Children and Women’s Affairs, added the minister.
