Good governance and people management practices will be the focus of Bom Dia RH, a traditional event organized by ABRH-PR, which will take place on May 25 (Thursday), at the headquarters of the Associação Comercial e Empresarial de Maringá (ACIM), from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
For the president of ABRH-PR, Gilmar de Andrade, Bom Dia RH in Maringá will show how organizations can make a difference by adopting some People Management and Corporate Governance practices.
The program will have two panels: Corporate Governance & Succession and Corporate Governance & People. The event is supported by ABRH-Noroeste, IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance) and ACIM, and is sponsored by PwC.
“People Management and Governance are two essential fields for the success of an organization”, highlights Gilmar de Andrade. He also notes that effective people management involves practices and strategies aimed at attracting, developing and retaining talent, ensuring that employees are engaged and motivated to achieve organizational goals.
“Governance, in turn, concerns the structure and processes by which an organization is directed, controlled and monitored, ensuring transparency, accountability and compliance with regulations and policies”, adds the president of ABRH-PR.
