Google mocks Apple for “late” RCS adoption

A Google has had an advertising campaign for some time, in a humorous tone, always playing with resources and novelties of iPhones. More recently, the Mountain View giant released a new episode in which it mocked Apple after “belatedly” adopting the RCS 1 standard.

In the new video, the iPhone tells the Pixel that it has finally integrated the RCS system and that they can now exchange photos and GIFs of cats with any smartphone in the world, with that, the commercial ends with the two devices exchanging random words.

Now that Apple is starting to #GetTheMessage, the relationship between Pixel and iPhone has never been stronger. Here’s to a new era of texting.
