Google knows everything about you, but how to stop?

Well, it is not new to say that Google knows everything regarding you, but it cannot be denied that it is a fact.

Google’s multiple tracking services are active all the time, and the company knows where you are and what you do online.

This tracking also has its benefits, as it allows Google to provide you with details and support that it deems relevant to you.

However, it’s also possible to stop Google from tracking you, and it’s very easy.

How to stop Google from tracking you?
On a computer, open the Google website in any browser and sign in.

After signing in, click on your account profile icon on the top right corner of the page and click on Manage Your Google Account in the drop-down menu, that page will open in a separate tab.

There click on Data & Personalization option on the left side.

On this page, under the Activity Controls option, click Manage Your Activity Controls, which contains all the service controls that help Google track and collect user data.

If you don’t want Google to track you, first check the blue check that says Include Chrome history and activity from sites, apps, and devices that use Google services.

When you turn off Blue Check, Google will warn you that doing so will lose the ability to personalize many services, so scroll to the bottom of the pop-up window and then The pose option will be enabled, click on it.

Then go back to the Data & Personalization page with the back button and click on Manage Activity in the Location History section below the Activity Controls section.

This service helps Google track and record your location, you can stop this tracking by turning off location history.

There will also be a warning once more on turning off, for which scroll to the end of the pop-up window and then press the pause button.

After doing this then go to the Data and Personalization page and now go down to the YouTube History option and click on Manage Activity there.

There you can stop Google from tracking the videos you watch on its most popular video sharing site.

The user can go back and turn on these services whenever he wants and that’s why Google has given the option of pause instead of turn off or disable.
