The iPhone 17 Air would be even lighter and thinner than its predecessors
According to Mark Gurman, Apple is currently preparing a new iPhone that is scheduled for release in 2025. Indeed, the famous journalist took advantage of his weekly newsletter Power On to confirm that the iPhone 17 Plus could be replaced by a new model. It would be an even thinner and lighter device that would be placed between the iPhone 17 and the iPhone 17 Pro and which could be called the iPhone 17 Air.

Three Pixels disappear from Google’s online store
Just a few days after the release of the Pixel 9 series, Google seems to want to stop selling some of its smartphones. Indeed, the Pixel Fold, Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro have disappeared from Google’s online store. A surprising decision, especially since the Pixel 7 dates back to 2022. That being said, if you want to get one of these models, you can find them at other retailers, at least until they sell out.

The AI Scientist tries to modify its own code
Researchers were surprised to find that an AI model developed by Sakana AI had tried to change its own code in order to bypass its imposed deadlines and extend the time of its experiments. This AI is called “The AI Scientist”, designed to manage scientific experiments without human intervention. It is clear that constant human monitoring of AI systems remains essential.
