Brownies with peanut spread Bonne Maman

Ingredients (for a 20×20 cm brownie)

180 gr of dark chocolate180 gr of soft softened butter180 gr of cane sugar3 large eggs1 tsp of vanilla extract1 tsp of baking soda1 tsp of salt150 gr of wheat flour20 gr of bitter cocoa120 gr of Bonne Maman Peanut Spread

The preparation

Preheat the oven to 160°C fan-forced. Butter and flour (or line) a 20x20cm square mold. Melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie. In a salad bowl, mix the melted butter and chocolate with the sugar .Let cool a little then add the eggs and vanilla extract.In another container, sift the flour, cocoa and salt and add the baking soda.Incorporate the chocolate mixture into the flour mixture, taking care not to overdo it. mix.Pour the preparation into the mold, then smooth.Slightly warm the peanut spread, then pour several spoons over the preparation. Using a wooden pick, trace spirals to mix and lightly spread the peanut spread. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes depending on your oven. The result should be slightly soft in the middle.
