Is it good to make good resolutions?
There is – a priori – only positive in wanting to be ‘better’. Where resolutions can be harmful? It’s when, to stick to it, you put yourself under enormous pressure and stress (more than reason) to such an extent that the ‘good’ resolutions tend to turn into a nightmare… And when you can’t keep good resolutions ?
