BLACKPINK’s Jennie purchases a luxury villa worth 5 billion won with all cash.
It was confirmed through a news report from Biz Korea that Jennie, a member of Blackpink, a female artist from YG Entertainment. Purchased a luxury villa in UN Village with 5 billion won (approximately 135 million baht) in cash without borrowing.
Jenny also registered her new address with the local municipal office.
Jenny purchased a unit at Villa LaTerrace, located within UN Village, in July 2023. The apartment has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a total living area of 244.97 square meters (2636 square feet), the same as the actor. Like Lee Jong Suk.
Jennie reportedly began the process of purchasing the apartment back in February 2021, paying a 10 percent down payment worth 500 million won (approximately $379,000 USD).
