Unbeatable, the line of Sennheiser hi-fi headphones continues with the HD 599, the great replacement for the HD 598 in place since 2010. As usual, the German manufacturer keeps the same recipe while making a few slight adjustments.
The Sennheiser HD 599 can be an interesting choice if you want to cut your teeth before seriously investing in high-performance headphones. Even if the bass remains a little too colorful, these open headphones offer remarkable linearity over a very large part of the spectrum and a beautiful sound immersion. With an introductory price of €249, however, it faces many more affordable and sometimes more efficient competitors.

NB: The reported price drop is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices charged by all merchants for the product last month, with security rules to exclude prices from shops whose the VAT policy is not clear (known as “grey” shops, typically in the case of imports from China).
An alternative
Sennheiser’s HD 500 range returns to center stage in the most beautiful way with this HD 560S. Thanks to its extreme comfort and its absolutely transparent sound reproduction, it is a true all-purpose headset and the very definition of a safe bet. We would certainly have liked it to be accompanied by a slightly more generous battery of accessories, but if this is the compromise to be accepted to obtain such sound quality at this price, all in all very affordable, we are fine with it. gladly.
