Evolution of DeathAdder Chroma, the DeathAdder Elite improves sensor and switches to appeal to professional and demanding players. To do this, Razer is introducing a new optical sensor called “5G” and equipping its mouse with even more durable switches. What justify the interest of this model compared to the previous version?
With its DeathAdder Elite, Razer ensures change in continuity, as it has done for several generations already with its most popular mice. It’s hard to blame him for that as the DeathAdder has conquered a large audience. Without evolving on the form, with a comfortable grip, but not necessarily suitable for everyone, this Elite version is therefore indeed at the forefront, with its high-performance optical sensor and its reactive switches. No revolution, however, compared to the DeathAdder Chroma, even if we appreciate the two additional buttons on the top.

Why change a winning team? With this V3, Razer does not revolutionize its Basilisk, but improves the formula a little more with a more advanced and successful RGB customization. Above all, the new “intelligent” free-scrolling wheel is very practical on a daily basis and the mouse is even more versatile. It can thus tackle not only the gaming pure, but also to office automation. Faultless for users who want a mouse with a good grip, a worked design and great precision. For more lightness, however, it will be necessary to turn to another model.
