One run to win for Lucknow with 1 wicket in hand. Harshal Patel tried to run out Bishnoi, who left the crease when he was regarding to bowl the last ball, but the umpire did not allow a wicket. With this the last ball had to be thrown once more. Athush Khan was not excited to bat this ball. But Chitush and Bishnoi ran for the bye run to win. Lucknow won by one wicket when wicketkeeper Dinesh Karthik’s throw for a runout did not hit the stumps.

The next day, when Mumbai Indians and Delhi Captains clashed, the game went to the last over. Both the teams put up a forgettable fight for the first victory. Anrich Norjya really made Mumbai drink water, who only needed five runs. On the last ball, Tim David dived and scored two runs to give Mumbai the win. The last ball of the last over also decided the winner of the Chennai-Rajasthan clash.

In the last over bowled by Sandeep Sharma, Chennai needed 21 runs to win and Dhoni hit two sixes to add to the excitement.
