“Samana Real Estate Development Company” is implementing its residential project: “Samana Golf Views”, at a cost of 300 million dirhams, in Dubai Sports City, which is a freehold residential area.
Samana Golf Views is the first project in this residential area with indoor swimming pools, overlooking The Els Club golf course, which is one of the finest golfing destinations in the Middle East.
The project consists of a ground floor, a podium, and 14 upper floors, and is part of several projects that Samana plans to launch during 2023.
Samana Golf Views includes 243 apartments, including: 128 studios, 52 one-bedroom apartments, 60 two-bedroom apartments, and three three-bedroom apartments. Two options are available in each apartment: fully furnished or unfurnished.
