Gol has open registration for the selection process for the 2024 Internship Program. In total, around 60 vacancies will be available to work in São Paulo, at the company’s headquarters, close to Congonhas Airport, and at the Customer Relationship Center or in Confins (MG), depending on the location in which they reside.
“Aligned with the purpose of ‘Being the First for Everyone’, we want Gol to be a route for choosing diverse talents, coming from different ethnic, cultural, gender backgrounds, sexual orientations, generations and with different skills. We are a company with varied opportunities, where executives in prominent positions, such as Celso Ferrer, now CEO of the Company, are the result of this internship program”, comments Jean Carlo Nogueira, Chief People Officer (CPO) at Gol.
There are also around 40 vacancies available exclusively for the business unit in Confins, Minas Gerais. The difference between the programs is that the Gol Aerotech Internship Program is aimed at people in technical education and the vacancies will be filled by students from SENAI-MG, in partnership with IEL (Instituto Euvaldo Lodi). This is an initiative aligned with the evolution of Instituto Gol’s purpose, which in addition to providing airline tickets to supported organizations, will work closer to institutions with activities focused on education.
For those interested in starting a promising career and developing their solo flight within Gol, applications for the 2024 Internship Program can be made until October 21st at site and are available to people actively enrolled in one of the higher education courses in the humanities or exact sciences, with training scheduled between December/2024 and December/2025. In addition, be available to intern 30 hours a week, in São Paulo (Congonhas) or Minas Gerais (Confins).
The process consists of registration, group dynamics, non-elimination English test, behavioral test and interviews with business areas. Among the benefits granted by the company, those selected will receive a grant compatible with the market, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, paid recess, life insurance and medical and dental assistance. Young professionals will also have the opportunity to visit various national and international destinations, operated by Gol and partner airlines, using the travel benefit offered by the company, in addition to taking advantage of the partnership club with discounts on medicines, car rentals, hotels and institutions education.
