After the tragedy of the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore, United States, in the early hours of March 26, several families were affected by the tragedy, as it left six fatalities, including two Guatemalans.

There have been many people looking for a way to support the families affected by the tragedy. For this reason, several GoFundMe collections have been opened that seek to provide financial aid to the relatives of the fatal victims.

López left behind three children, ages 17, 8, and 5, as well as his wife Isabel Franco.

Although the Guatemalan Ministry of Foreign Affairs has not revealed details about the identity of the second Guatemalan citizen whose body has not yet been found, the media in the United States published information about the young migrant’s story, in which it is stated that he is originally from Camotán, Chiquimula.
