Godzilla in the game? Irrefutables

We thought we had seen it all in crossover with Call of Duty, especially since Attack on Titan made its way into Activision’s FPS, but it was underestimating the overflowing imagination of the developers who are preparing for us the coming of a monster as powerful as the Battleship Titan, namely Godzilla. For the moment, the kaiju has not been officially announced, but the developers have left clues that leave no doubt as to the presence of the latter. Indeed, in the trailer dedicated to Season 3 of Call of Duty Vanguard + Warzone, and entitled “Classified Arms”, soldiers open the doors of an armored truck where there are weapons galore, but also a radio that emits a sound that seems quite inaudible. This sound in question, the official Call of Duty Twitter account shared it, asking for help from the community to hope to understand the message. It didn’t take long for the experts to get to work and analyze the audio extract. For specialists, there is no shadow of a doubt, it is neither more nor less than the roar of Godzilla.

YouTuber “PrestigeIsKey” took it a step further by sharing a screenshot of audio that a spectrograph ran through and found the words “Monsters Are Real.” Suffice to say that the community was proud of the arrival of such a cross-over, some already imagining that the next guest could be Kong, just to confront the two cinema giants. This is all the more logical since Godzilla and Kong were born following the experiments carried out during the Second World War, with the nuclear tests which changed their DNA forever. We’ll have to wait a few more weeks before Activision lets go, but we can expect to see more and more such crazy partnerships coming in, the goal being to nibbling market share from a certain Fortnite. Otherwise, Season 3 will start on April 27.
