Global Gathering of Wonder: Unveiling the Spectacular World Culture Festival 2024 for Young Explorers

During the ongoing World Culture Festival in Karachi, various theater performances entertained not only children but also adults. Organized by the Arts Council of Pakistan, cultural activities are at their peak in this festival, where artists from all over the world are showcasing their talents. The ninth day of the festival featured special theater performances for children, which provided entertainment as well as social awareness.

On the ninth day of the festival, two shows were presented for children, the Italian theater play “Put Your Heart Into It”, which was attended by a large number of school students and especially children affected by thalassemia.

At the beginning of the performance, French street artist Frank welcomed the children in a unique way and made the children laugh through his puppet performance.

Italian artist Nina told various stories through puppets, in which emotions like friendship and love were presented to children. Neena’s mischievous performance entertained the children and won their attention.

After the performance, the Italian artist Nina said in her speech that I am grateful to all of you for coming here. All this was possible because of you, if you didn’t come all this would not have been possible.

He said, “I am also thankful to the Arts Council for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this big festival, and I am also thankful to the Italian Consulate for ensuring my participation in this event.”

“I travel all over the world and portray emotions like friendship and love in my stories,” Neena added. It was my childhood dream to do theater for children, and to see it come true today is very special for me.

“In football is the world before me”: important message on environment

On the 9th day of the festival, Grips Theater Group presented their famous play “In Futbal Hai Dunya Mere Ade”. This theater was not only entertaining but also conveyed an important message on environmental protection. The play was directed by the late Imran Aslam, and directed by Yasmin Ismail.

Performers Faiza Qazi, Umeed Riaz, Ayesha Sheikh, Hina Umeed, Khalid Anam, Maria Hussain Sheikh, and Khalifa Arijuddin brought life to their roles, not only filling the audience with laughter but also encouraging them to protect the environment. Forced to think about the need.

“In Football” brought an important message to both children and adults, emphasizing how important it is to preserve our environment. This performance was also well watched and appreciated by the students of the school.

Both the performances provided entertainment as well as social awareness to the children. The audience said that these theater plays were not only a source of entertainment but the messages hidden in them were very important for both children and adults.
