After two years of Corona restrictions, the Lux Style Awards held in Lahore on Thursday was robbed by the film ‘Khel Khel Mein’.
The film won four awards in the film category, including Best Film, Best Song (Nai Souch), Best Actor (Bilal Abbas) and Best Actress (Sajal Ali).
The TV drama had a total of 11 categories this time with some new categories added.
Among them, ‘Rangmahal’ and ‘Dil Ushpada To Nai’ were awarded in the Best Long Duration Drama and Best ‘Ensemble’ Drama category respectively.
In the TV drama, ‘Preezaad’ and ‘Raqeeb Se’ won three awards each. The best director award was given to Kashif Nisar for the drama ‘Raqeeb Se’.
The best actress award for public choice went to Ayeza Khan for ‘Chipke Chipke’ while the jury declared it rightful for Hadiqa Kayani for the drama ‘Raqeeb Se’.
Raqib Se is Hadiqa Kayani’s first drama as an actor. This time the honor of the best debut went to him.
The jury award in the best actor category was given to Ahmed Ali Akbar for the lead role in the drama serial ‘Parizad’.

The most remarkable thing in the 21st Lux Style Awards was the special invitation to the renowned actress of Pakistani films, Anjuman, and the ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’.
Anjuman’s fame has been as an action heroine in Punjabi films. He worked in films for almost more than 20 years and left his quirky style behind.
Several famous Punjabi songs of Queen Tarnam Noor Jahan were filmed on him. Humima Malik paid tribute to the association by performing a dance on one of their popular songs ‘Sone Diya Kangana, Sauda Aku Jaya’.
