Jin, a member of BTS who went to military service, congratulated Jimin on his Billboard Hot 100 number one.

On the morning of the 9th, Jin congratulated Jimin for reaching the top of the Billboard Hot 100 by commenting, “Hey, Billboard’s No. 1 singer, give me an album too.”

Earlier, with the title song “Like Crazy” from his first solo album “FACE,” Jimin achieved the feat of becoming the first Korean solo singer to top the US Billboard’s main single chart “Hot 100.”

Through a live broadcast on Weverse, a fan communication platform, Jimin expressed his feelings, “I don’t know what to say because I don’t feel well and it doesn’t touch me. So I turned on the video because I thought it would be better to just say it in words. Thank you very much everyone.”

He then expressed his feelings, “I think I’m more grateful because I didn’t think of these charts or results. I’m so grateful to the members, the fans the most, and the people who worked hard.”

In response, J-Hope posted an image of the ‘Hot 100’ chart in which Jimin took first place on SNS (social media) and was delighted, saying, “It’s history.” RM also shared Jimin’s record, saying, “I’m proud.”

Meanwhile, in December of last year, Jin entered the 5th Infantry Division Recruit Training Center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do. After completing his basic military training, he was assigned to a military unit as an assistant training center for recruits.
