Taiwanese computer company Gigabyte has finally launched its new G5 series of gaming laptops in India. The series consists of the Gigabyte G5 KD, G5 MD, and G5 GD models, with up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 GPUs.

The Gigabyte G5 series features Intel 11th Gen i5 H series processors, up to 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, and Nvidia’s GeForce RTX 30 series graphics processors.

Gigabyte G5 Series: Specifications and Features
The laptop is equipped with a 15.6-inch FHD 1920 x 1080 IPS anti-glare LCD display (144Hz refresh rate) for a highly immersive gaming experience.
All G5 Gaming Series laptops are equipped with 11th Gen Intel i5 H Series processors and 3200MHz DDR4 RAM. The Gigabyte G5 KD has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 card while the G5 MD has an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti card. The entry-level G5 GD comes with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050.
The G5 gaming laptop comes with two M.2 slots and one 2.5″ interchangeable slot. The three slots can hold 6TB of storage. It also has a high-speed PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD slot.
The G5 also features Gigabyte’s exclusive WINDFORCE cooling technology, which keeps your laptop significantly cooler with cooling efficiency, while allowing for heavy games, large multitasking applications, and other continuous cooling. 100% even under load. Max 150 watts.
In terms of ports, the laptop has a USB 2.0 Type-A port, two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, an HDMI port and a built-in SD card reader. It comes with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth version 5.2.
The G5 series supports DTS:X Ultra Audio for 3D surround sound effects and 2-way AI noise cancellation for uninterrupted video calls. In addition, the G5 laptop comes with a game center with gaming enhancements, an all-zone backlit keyboard, and Windows 11 Home.
Gigabyte G5 Series: Pricing and Availability
The Gigabyte G5 GD is priced at Rs 68990 and the Gigabyte G5 MD is priced at Rs 71990. The high-end Gigabyte G5 KD is priced at Rs 83,990. All laptops are available from Flipkart.
