Gide advised Société Générale in connection with the signing of agreements for the sale of two subsidiaries in Burkina Faso and Mozambique. The law firm assisted the French bank in the signing of agreements with the Vista group, providing for the sale of the group’s stake in its subsidiaries Société Générale Burkina Faso and Banco Société Générale Moçambique, currently held respectively at 52 .6% and 65%.
