After the approval of the Board of Directors on May 30, the members of the Inter-employer Grouping of Cameroon (Gicam) were called upon to vote on July 11 on the merger treaty with Entreprises du Cameroun (Ecam). Gathered in an extraordinary general meeting, they approved the project initialed on April 5 with 73.7% of votes in favor against 25.3% of votes against.
