A British tourist in Thailand is surprised by a monitor lizard when she goes to the toilet. At first she only sees that something is moving in the toilet bowl and she calls her boyfriend. And suddenly a monitor lizard crawls out while the couple is filming what is happening with their smartphone. Why the lizard was in her toilet is unclear. The woman assumes that the monitor lizard wanted to flee from the insecticide that was sprayed outdoors. After regarding three minutes he disappears once more.
In Austria, on the other hand, snake messages made the rounds in the toilet in the summer of 2021. The police were alerted to a spicy snake operation in Vienna-Floridsdorf in July. A homeowner called 911 and said she noticed a snake in her toilet. The police officers from the Floridsdorf city police command first viewed a photo of the snake that the woman had taken and then immediately notified Municipal Department 49 (wildlife service). They actually freed a python from the toilet.
Violent “pinching” in genitals
The incident followed a similar one shortly before that had made global headlines in recent days. It was a nightmare for a Grazer: When he went to the toilet, a python bit him in an extremely sensitive area – the reptile had also been lurking in the toilet. Grazer Walter E. (65) also experienced the nasty surprise in the toilet. When the man sat down on the bowl shortly following 6 a.m., he suddenly felt it violent “pinching” at the genitals. The perpetrator is an approximately 1.6 meter long albino python that the neighbor (24) had escaped.
