LDutch police placed a 34-year-old man under arrest on Friday evening in the investigation into the death of a nine-year-old child in Ghent, the East Flanders prosecutor’s office said on Saturday. The boy’s lifeless body was found on Thursday in the Houtdok, a port district of Ghent.
The mother of the child had also been placed under arrest warrant on Friday.
