Renault Commerce Maroc continues its territorial network. The Moroccan subsidiary of the diamond firm inaugurated with great fanfare on May 26, together with its partner Gharb Maamora, a brand new platform in Kenitra exclusively dedicated to the brands and offers of Renault and Dacia.
Festive followingnoon this current May 26 as that concocted by the staff of Renault Commerce Morocco and that of Gharb Maamora Auto for the official inauguration of a new car dealership in Kenitra. An event that saw, in addition to local personalities, the presence of Mohamed Bachiri, Managing Director of Renault Group Morocco, Fabrice Crevola, Managing Director of Renault Commerce Morocco and that of Rachid Laraki, Director of Sales and Network of Renault Commerce Morocco.
Precisely the latter, during his speech to the attention of the guests, thus declared: “a new dealership dedicated to the Renault and Dacia brands was born in the region and we are very proud of it, because it allows us to be as close to our customers. A great investment for which all our teams will ensure that this ultimately translates into real success”. It must be said that this new automotive showcase, in addition to a first site in the city center owned by the same local operator, reinforces the commercial presence of Renault Commerce Morocco in what is currently the 7th Moroccan city in terms of car market.

Still, Gharb Maamora Auto and its partners have given themselves the means to fulfill their ambitions. Indeed, this new platform, which required an estimated budget of 32 million DH, is spread over an area of one hectare. In detail, 1,300m² are dedicated to new vehicle showrooms as well as a Renault Minute for quick maintenance interventions. Nearly 1,700 m² are dedicated to mechanical workshops and bodywork. Add to this all of the Renault Group’s services, namely following-sales, accessories, financing and other offers via Mobilize Financial Services, not to mention the spare parts service and that relating to used vehicles which will be operational shortly.
“We address both private and professional customers with personalized support in their purchase project”, explains during a guided tour of the premises Mohamed Marouane Kandil, Operations Manager of Gharb Maamoura Auto. Note that this new platform also emphasizes a multitude of phygital services (customer journey combining experience on a sales site and digital experience) for a good customer experience. There is also the PRO+ service, the brand dedicated to utility vehicle professionals, to make their daily lives easier. This results in a specific following-sales reception as well as products and services adapted to the needs of professional customers.

Trusting for several years already the highest steps of the podium in terms of commercial performance in terms of sales of new cars in Morocco, Renault Commerce Morocco does not intend to stop on such a good path in its strategic development. With its 91 sites in the Kingdom, the Moroccan subsidiary of the diamond firm, its network and its partners, continue to invest and innovate in order to offer the best level of service to its customers. They should soon deploy a new visual identity in the national network. Not to mention that Renault Commerce is actively working on the deployment of many projects supposed to be unveiled before the end of the year. In detail, there will be a total of 8 new sites and 4 redevelopments or extensions which will strengthen the mesh of the network in the service of customer satisfaction.
