Ghalia Volt’s memorable performance at the New Orleans Festival 2019 in Fürth should still be fondly remembered by many.
After a few years of stage experience in the USA from New York, Chicago, St. Louis, Memphis, Nashville, via the back streets of Mississippi and Louisiana, the result of a mature “Ghalia” can now be seen on the international stages.
Ghalia, originally from Brussels, left her hometown in 2013 to head to the USA and get to the bottom of the good old sound of the southern states. In the blues mecca of New Orleans, she not only found many new friendships with musicians, but also a new musical homeland, which she captures on her album “Mississippi Blend”.
That sounds cool, relaxed and definitely exudes pure blues joy!

If you want to do something good for the suitcase factory and the artists, you can choose the “Culture Prize 1” or “Culture Prize 2” in advance. The additional income goes to the artists and the association. Thanks :-)) 19:00
