Ginger and cinnamon drink for slimming is very useful in many things, as it regulates the rate of blood sugar, which is rich in iron, and therefore useful for patients with anemia and helps reduce fat and cholesterol levels, in addition to that it helps in stimulating blood circulation, maintaining the health of the heart and arteries, and preventing infections and colds. Cough treatment and more.
Ingredients:
1. A cup and a quarter cup of water.
2. Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon “or 1 cinnamon stick”.
3. Half a teaspoon of ginger.
4. A teaspoon of sugar “or honey”.
How to prepare:
1. Put the water in a pot on medium heat with cinnamon and ginger and leave it until it boils for regarding 5 minutes.
2. After boiling, add the sugar, stir, then leave the ingredients on the fire for 3 minutes until the cinnamon and ginger flavor blend together.
3. Strain the hot cinnamon syrup and put it in the mug and drink it hot immediately so that the body absorbs all its benefits.
