Get children used to the time change in advance? What experts advise

It’s a well-known joke among parents: “It’s easy to turn the clocks, but who turns the children around?”. In fact, the announcement that Daylight Saving Time will start once more this weekend does not cause many guardians to erupt in joy. Especially not when the time change upsets the little ones’ sleep patterns. The hands are turned one hour ahead on Sunday morning, so children start the day later and stay up later in the evening.
