A 57-year-old Gersois lost control of his tractor in Sempesserre this Saturday, May 28. Suffering from several injuries, he was evacuated to Auch hospital.
Around 4:15 p.m. on Saturday May 28, a 57-year-old farmer lost control of his tractor for an undetermined reason while he was clearing a steep field, chemin de Casse in Sempesserre. The Gersois then jumped from his moving vehicle, before it crossed a hedge.
Conscious but polytraumatized, he was medicalized on the spot by the Smur of Condom then evacuated towards the hospital center of Auch by the firefighters of Lectoure. Fleurance emergency services were also on the scene.
The tractor came to rest in a field below.
